InfoStar
is a hotel entertainment, communication and interactive system, developed in respond to the constantly growing guest demands and addressed to the desire of hoteliers to exceed their guest`s expectations through a gentle touch.
Up-to-date information for:
- all services in the hotel
- restaurants, bars, sport, and SPA centers
- landmarks and tourist destinations
- weather forecast and currency exchange rates
- conferences, seminars, forthcoming events

Billing
Guests can get an overview of their bill at any time. The billing option includes information to any extra items ordered by the guest, like internet access or VoD, minibar consumption, phone bill, etc.
Weather
The system presents local and global live weather forecast covering temperature, relative humidity, and dew point information available to guests directly at the TV screen.
Promotions
The promotion and branding service allows hoteliers to advertise their hotel facilities, services and events to their guest through a crystal clear picture. The system now allows hotel guests to make bookings and place orders directly from their room via the TV screen.
Interactive hotel services
InfoStar INFO provides the hotel guests a quick access to all services offered in the hotel – room service, wake up call, laundry, ironing, taxi order, reservation and tourist services, etc. All services are easy accessible from the InfoStar remote control.
Internet browsing via TV
The InfoStar system provides built-in internet browser which allows hotel guests easy internet surfing via wireless keyboard directly from the room`s TV screen.
Message service
The system provides hoteliers with the opportunity to send informative and advertising messages to their guests directly from the Front Desk`s PC. The messages will appear immediately in the upper corner of the room`s TV screen, marked in red, notifying the guest. These messages can be generated under special priority status when sent from reception or any other operational outlet within the hotel`s premises. All messages can be addressed to a specific room, group of rooms or to all hotel rooms.
Housekeeping
The function includes the room management changes in the status, minibar reporting and others. It is accessible to the hotel personnel only. Real time PMS communication.
Intelligent room control
The system provides hoteliers with full control over room's environment:
- InfoStar ACCESS
Controls room energy saving, lighting and room`s access.
- InfoStar NOTIFY
Provides notification and sound services for all rooms and hotel premises.
- Infostar CLIMATE
Adjusts the temperature range for each guest room centrally and after check out switches to automatic energy saving mode.
Express Check Out
This feature allows guests to speed up the check-out procedure through the TV set. The bill can then be automatically printed out and will be waiting for the guest at the reception desk.
Welcome message
